We have also never been in a situation like this! The Coronavirus has a great impact on us all. We will do our very best to inform you. We hope you understand that the current regulations are leading to many questions which places enormous strains on our guest support. Taking care of our guests and employees is our number one priority. You are very welcome in our hotels! We followed up on all regulations concerning the Coronavirus to limit any risk. Our restaurants are open to hotel guests, however for all other guests restaurants and bars will be closed until the 6th of April.
Of course we will follow up on the Protocol Coronavirus drawn up by the very well informed Fletcher Corona Project Team. Accordingly, all developments will be monitored and guidelines from the government will be executed. We would like to refer you to the RIVM(National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) for answers to frequently asked questions. For questions related to cancellation we would like to refer you to the general terms and conditions.
What we do in our hotels to ensure the safety of our guests:
- Guidelines and recommendation from to government are closely monitored.
- All hotels are up-to-date on any information concerning COVID-19 and management instructions
- More attention to hand hygiene in all our hotels
- Improved protocols for cleaning and hygiene
- Frequent disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals, elevator buttons with anti-bacterial liquid.
- We offer our guests disinfected dispensers in public areas.
- Enforcing procedures for handling colleagues who are ill.
Dogs with their owners are welcome at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Epe-Zwolle. However, there are some rules. We ask you to read through these rules carefully.
Dogs may only stay upon request. Please contact the hotel reception.
Maximum number of dogs per room
A maximum of two small dogs (up to knee height) are welcome at a cost of €15 per dog per night.
Dogs are permitted here
In the hotel room, provided that they do not bark when they are left alone by their owners. Your dog is not permitted to lie on the bed. If this happens, a charge of €25 will be made for dry cleaning.
Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times in the hotel, the lounge, the car park, on the terrace and in the garden.

Dogs are not permitted in our restaurant.
Your dog is not permitted to foul in and around the hotel. If this happens accidentally, you must clean it up yourself. Plastic bags are available from reception for this purpose. Failure to clean up after your dog will incur a €25 penalty.
Please ensure that your dog is not left alone in your hotel room when the room is being cleaned. It is easiest if you discuss this with reception or housekeeping.
Not every room is suitable for dogs. When booking a room, please read the room description carefully to make sure that your dog is able to stay in the room without any problems.
